Clinical Educator - Education
Position Summary:
The Clinical Educator is responsible for assisting the Clinical Staff Development Coordinator in establishing and maintaining student affiliation agreements with educational institutions and coordinating the orientation of student internships, externships and job shadowing. The Clinical Educator will assist in coordinating orientation activities for all new employees (Clinical and Non-clinical), providers, volunteers and students and is responsible for managing HealthStream with proficiency. The Clinical Educator is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:
Associates of Science in Nursing required. Consideration of another healthcare occupational degree.

Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years’ clinical experience required.

Required Licensure/Certification(s):
Current license to practice professional Nursing in the State of New Mexico or compact state license strongly preferred.
