Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy outpatient services are available for pediatric through geriatric patient. Physical therapists (PTs) are movement experts who optimize quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on treatments, movement retraining, and patient education.

Physical therapists teach patients how to prevent or manage their condition so that they will achieve long-term health benefits. They use treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.

Neck and Back Pain
Temporomandibular joint disorders and headaches
Neurological Conditions
Weakness, Balance and Gait Disorder
Women's health and Pelvic Health
Work Related Injuries
Pre and Post Surgery Therapy


Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy outpatient services are for pediatric through geriatric patients. Occupational therapists (OTs) help patients return to their highest level of function in everyday real life skills. Through appropriate therapeutic activities, exercise and self-care management training, occupational therapists assist individuals in adapting to their social and physical environment. In doing so, patients regain confidence as they improve their ability to function in everyday life. OT treatment improves daily activity functioning (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, fine motor skills), memory, orientation and cognitive training, shortens recovery time and helps individuals become self-sufficient.

Programs include:
Hand, shoulder and arm injuries or orthopedic conditions pre and post-surgery
Neurological impairments
Autism and autism spectrum disorders for developmental delays for sensory integration
Work related Injuries
Developmental motor delays
Cognitive impairments

Silversneakers is a program through Managed Medicare health plans nationwide that provides fitness centers access to seniors 65+. It helps seniors improve their health and stay independent.
