As part of the Affordable Care Act, not-for-profit hospitals are required to complete a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years. Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services completed a CHNA in 2025 to identify the greatest health needs within our community.

The 2025 CHNA includes a comprehensive assessment of McKinley County, New Mexico. The report reflects a careful review of the most current health data available, local demographics, and input from numerous community representatives. This
process resulted in the development of an Implementation Plan to address the significant health needs identified through the assessment.

The 2025 CHNA and Implementation Plan were presented to and approved by the Hospital Board on December 3rd, 2025. Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services will use the Implementation Plan as a guide over the next three years to support programs and services that promote the health of our community and align with the mission of the organization.
