Project Heart Start: Hands only CPR

Hands only CPR training for ages 12 and up. There will be three one-hour sessions: 8 am, 9am and 10 am. Each session will teach a new form of CPR called Compression-Only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Fourteen communities throughout the State of New Mexico will be participating in Project Heart Start on June 22. Facilitators will work with small groups using mannequins to teach proper chest compression. This is an ideal opportunity for families to learn a lifesaving technique together. This
