Rehoboth McKinley Christian Hospital is the main campus. This 69-bed general acute inpatient facility offers a wide range of medical and diagnostic services. Hospital inpatient services include a Medical Surgical Unit, Women’s Health, Pediatric, and Newborn Nursery Units, Intensive and Critical Care Units, and an Inpatient Dialysis Unit. Hospital ancillary services include a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Unit, Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Services, as well as Physical Rehabilitation Services. The main campus is also home to the Surgical Services Unit and the Emergency Department.

Acute care is provided when a patient is very ill, needing daily care by a physician along with 24-hour attention from other healthcare professionals. | When a child is sick or injured,
a hospital must have the most qualified doctors and advanced technologies, caring nurses and kind doctors in a child-friendly, non-threatening environment. We provide all of that and more. We are staffed with board certified pediatricians and licensed nurses with advanced pediatrics certifications. They are available to care for your child and to answer questions help alleviate concerns you might have about your childs illness. Because a hospital stay can be frightening to a child, families are encouraged to stay in the room with their child to provide additional support during this trying period.
We currently have six private rooms that can accommodate cribs, beds and a fold-out couch for parents. Each room has a television, VCR, storage shelves, closets and private bathrooms to make the stay as comfortable as possible. |

The Womens Health Unit is committed to the delivery of quality healthcare to women of all ages, neonates and their families. Patient care needs are individualized based on data gathered during patient assessment. The Womens Health unit consists of:
Labor and Delivery -
The Labor and Delivery unit has four rooms with a warm, home-like atmosphere. Each room has a television, closets and bathroom to make your stay as comfortable as possible, as well as sophisticated patient and fetal and newborn health monitoring equipment. Trained Labor and Delivery nurses are available 24 hours each day to provide a professional, caring environment for you and your newborn. Services include spontaneous vaginal births, augmentation/induction of labor, ante-partum care and cesarean sections.
Newborn Nursery -
New parents are given one-on-one counseling by competent, professional staff. The staff welcomes questions raised by extended family members such as grandparents. A lactation consultant for parents interested in breastfeeding is also available. Mothers are encouraged to allow special times for bonding by having the newborn in the room with them as much as possible.
Post Partum -
The Womens Health post Partum Unit is a ten bed unit providing services for OB/GYN patients, observation for complications and routine nursing care. The staff provides care to women with other non-infectious medical or surgical disease processes as well as patient education and discharge needs consulting. |

| Our 8-bed Intensive Care unit provides individualized, compassionate medical care for the critically ill. Our trained ICU staff includes physicians from various specialties, registered nurses certified in specialized Advanced Life Support, Monitor Technicians and Patient Care Technicians. Physicians are avaible 24 hours a day for care and consultation. |

The Rehoboth McKinley Christian Hospital Emergency Room staff is prepared for the unforeseeable, whether it is during the early morning hours, weekends or holidays.
In the modern, well-equipped emergency room, there are in-house emergency room physicians and registered nurses avaible 24 hours a day. Emergency room physicians and registered emergency room nurses are trained and certified in specific emergency room procedures such as:

| The RMCHCS inpatient dialysis unit provides emergency dialysis treatment and treatment for dialysis patients who are in need of acute care. The inpatient dialysis unit has three stations. Dialysis treatment can also be provided in the Intensive Care Unit. |

The hospital Laboratory at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and offers a full range of services to meet the diagnostic needs of both inpatients and outpatients. For the convenience of our outpatients, we also have laboratories at each of the organization's three physician clinics to draw blood and to do point-of-care testing. Laboratory testing is also offered through Home Health and our three dialysis clinics.
Our staff consists of highly trained and dedicated professionals who include a full time pathologist, cytologist, histologist, medical technologists, medical laboratory technicians, and laboratory assistants. The hospital laboratory outpatient office is open from 8 AM to 8 PM and the physician clinic laboratories are open from 8 AM to 12 noon and 1 PM to 5 PM.

The Cardiopulmonary Services Department at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services offers the most comprehensive range of services in one location of any hospital in the state of New Mexico. Our Respiratory Therapy Department provides diagnostic and therapeutic modalities to assist your physician in diagnosing and treating pulmonary disorders.
Cardiology Services, such as Cardiac Stress Testing, EKG, and Holter Monitoring are also available. Neurodiagnostics, including EEG or brainwave studies are currently available, with invasive neurology procedures, such as EMG and Nerve Conduction Studies to be available in the fall of 2005. The Sleep Laboratory can help you get the good nights sleep youve been seeking!
One of our newest and most innovative programs is the telemedicine-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Our Pulmonary Rehab Program can help you breathe better. Smoking Cessation Classes are available on a quarterly basis.

Our team includes licensed technologist and Board Certified Radiologist. Our expert staff complements the comprehensive imaging technology, ensuring excellent patient care and treatment. Our department provides Diagnostic and CT services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All other services are available on an out patient basis Monday ?Friday, 8:00am ?6:00pm. The Rehabilitation Department offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Our physical therapists are skilled in manual therapy techniques, including Counterstrain, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy joint mobilization techniques. Working with Dr. Steven Arrowsmith, we offer pelvic floor rehabilitation and biofeedback for urinary incontinence. We have a variety of modalities, including traction, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and Anodyne treatment. Our exercise area includes Nustep, Total Gym, plyometric and balance training equipment.
Our Occupational Therapist offers comprehensive services for newborns through adult. We offer services to increase or maintain independence and quality of life. Skill training for activities of daily living, return to work, hand therapy, visual perceptual skills, fine motor, post-operative splinting, ergonomics, and specialized pediatric therapy, and more.
Speech therapists offer diagnostic services to children and adults and treatment for developmentally delayed children, post stroke and post brain injury in all facets of communication. |
