CLINIC SERVICES DIRECTOR - COLLEGE CLINIC
Position Summary: Is an active member of senior administrative team that works to set policies make decisions and determine the course of the organization for the overall success of RMCHCS. Responsible for the Direction, Coordination, and strategic oversight of the Multi-Specialty, Multi-Site Clinical practice system.
•Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or other related field
•Minimum five years experience managing physician practices with preferred experience in an Integrated Delivery System environment of comparable size and complexity.
•Documented success in growth and development of physician practice network.
•Strong experience in developing and implementing operating plans as well as analyzing financial and quality data.
•Working knowledge of physician compensation plans.
•Working knowledge of regulatory compliance issues.
•Membership and documented participation in Medical Group Management Association and/or American College of Healthcare Executives Organization.
